WPEX is a small Radio Station that transmits out of Kenbridge, VA, and has offices in Blackstone, VA.  We play a mixture of easy listening, going all the way back to the 30’s, with gentle music of today.  WPEX is a local radio station through and through, and have been involved in many community projects in the local region.

We broadcast with a power of 1,000 watts, which may seem small in the world of 100,000 watt super stations of the region, but this lower power we believe gives us the opportunity to get involved in the local community, that the larger Radio stations just can’t do.
